Founded in 2013 by third-generation diamantaires, Mira Gems operates a CVD growing facility alongside a precision cutting and polishing floor in Surat, India.     CVD diamond growth

    Carbon seeds form crystal layer by layer inside plasma reactors over several weeks. Growth time, plasma energy, and temperature are logged per batch — the basis of consistent Type IIa purity.

    Rough planning & mapping

    Every rough crystal is 3D-scanned and computer-mapped to plan the cut that maximises yield, symmetry, and clarity before a single facet is placed.

    Laser cutting & faceting

    Cutters facet each stone to the planned geometry, holding angles and proportions to exacting tolerances for predictable light return across a parcel.

    Inspection & grading

    Stones are sorted by spectrophotometer against lab masters. Goods above 0.30ct are graded by IGI or GIA; smaller goods follow the same 4C protocol under in-house QC.
