Because we cater strictly to corporate wholesalers, jewelry brands, and distribution partners, the data we collect is limited to business operational information. This includes company names, VAT/tax registration IDs, email addresses, delivery coordinates, and volume requirements. We do not gather retail consumer data.

Corporate data is stored within secured cloud directories and local databases located in Antwerp, Belgium and Surat, India. Access is limited to authorized logistics officers, compliance auditors, and accounts executives.
3. Data Retention & Erasure
