These Terms of Engagement govern all wholesale purchase orders, custom growth agreements, and calibrated supply contracts entered into with Mira Gems.
1. Wholesale Framework Only
We operate as a manufacturer supplying corporate clients. By submitting an order, buyers warrant that they are operating as a business entity (distributor, jewelry brand, or merchant) and not as a retail retail consumer.
2. Order Placement & Calibration Tolerances
Purchase orders are binding upon receipt of a written confirmation invoice from our sales desk. Standard calibrated parcel shipments carry a dimensional variance threshold of +/- 0.02mm unless otherwise contracted.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from transactions with Mira Gems will be adjudicated under the commercial laws of Belgium for European shipments, and the commercial laws of New York State for Americas transactions.
